To eliminate financial barriers, Oley offers two distinct forms of assistance:

These waivers completely cover the baseline financial cost of conference attendance.

  • What is Covered: Standard adult member registration fees, child registration fees, and the overall family registration cost maximum.

  • How to Request: Requests are processed directly and confidentially within the main conference registration form. By simply checking the waiver request box, you will receive an automatic promotional code that instantly waives your fee.

  • No Verification Needed: To respect your privacy and dignity, no proof of financial need or income verification is required.

2. Travel Grants

For individuals requiring additional financial assistance, separate Travel Grants are available to help offset flight, gas, and travel-related expenses. The applications for Travel Grants has now come to a close for this year.
