Oley is a national non-profit home nutrition support community and advocacy group. Our organization encompasses a diverse population of patients, clinicians, caregivers, and care partners, all with various diagnoses, experiences, credentials, and interests within the nutrition support community.
We encourage all members of the community to connect in Madison, WI on July 10–13, 2026.
Attending the Oley patient education conference can be a valuable experience for anyone who is seeking to learn how to live on nutrition support therapies (tube feeds or parenteral nutrition) and connect with other patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and industry experts.
This annual conference brings together people from different walks of life, with diverse backgrounds and experiences, to share information, resources, and support.
- Community: Meet others who understand the day-to-day realities of nutrition support.
- Education: Learn from expert speakers and practical sessions you can use right away.
- Innovation: Explore exhibitor solutions and new ideas from across the field.
- Support: Share strategies, questions, and wins in a welcoming environment.
Registration Waivers (Beginning in 2026)
Oley strives to make the Annual Conference accessible to as many patients and care partners as possible. Beginning in 2026, a registration fee will help cover essential conference costs. We understand this is a change, and our goal is to ensure no one is prevented from attending because of finances.
To reduce financial barriers, Oley offers two forms of assistance: Registration Waivers (help cover the cost of conference registration) and Travel Grants (help offset travel-related expenses for those needing additional support).
What the waiver covers
- Standard member registration fee
- Child registration fees
- Family registration maximum
How to request
- Waivers are requested through the conference registration form.
- Individuals may request a confidential financial waiver by completing a short form during your registration. Once submitted, you will receive a promotion code that will waive your registration fee.
- No proof of financial need is required.
