Thank you for participating in the 100 envelope fundraising challenge online (we also have envelopes we can mail out in the same amounts). Here are the guidelines for the fundraiser. They are pretty simple and not much is involved in this virtual fundraiser, which we will also replicate in other areas, besides online only!
Fundraiser Guidelines:
Individuals to choose a number and donate the amount on the outside of the envelope. If they choose envelope #1 they donate $2.00 minimum. If they choose envelope #100 they donate $200.00 minimum. The end value can and will be very beneficial to the Short Bowel Foundation and its newly formed Pediatric, and Young Adult Divisions. You may choose more than one envelope, we just ask that you please donate online or send us a check please (cash also works) we can also do card payments by phone, just call us to make those arrangements at 402-770-0554. Once you choose an envelope and we get your email, we will remove that option from the list.
