Support Group Access
Request access to SBSF’s private peer support spaces for patients, caregivers, and families living with Short Bowel Syndrome and intestinal failure
SBSF is first and foremost a patient-led organization. Our support groups are private, moderated spaces where people affected by Short Bowel Syndrome and intestinal failure can share practical experience, encouragement, and community.
Access is not automatic. Groups are overseen by volunteer administrators who give their free time to keep these spaces safe, respectful, and useful.
New members must answer the group’s entry questions and agree to the rules. Requests that skip those steps may be declined, with feedback on how to fix the request and reapply. Once both requirements are met, access can be granted.
