SBSF Staff & Volunteers
The people who keep education, support, and community running for families living with Short Bowel Syndrome and intestinal failure
SBSF is powered by a small core of dedicated staff and a network of long-serving volunteers. Most of the people listed here have given a decade or more of their time, skill, and lived experience so patients and caregivers never have to navigate this journey alone.
No staff members or group administrators are paid by SBSF. Everyone listed on this page gives their free time to help the community. We are deeply grateful for their dedicated service.
All volunteer staff and support group administrators serve without pay. Their time, moderation, outreach, and leadership are gifts to the SBS and intestinal failure community.

All staff and volunteer administrators contribute greatly to SBSF—and none of them are paid by the foundation. They give their free time, often for a decade or more, so families can find education, moderated support, and a community that understands intestinal failure from the inside. We thank each of them for that dedicated service.
